QUICK SUMMARY
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator supports daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate, timely shipment of parts across multiple business units. This role works cross-functionally to prepare shipments, process inventory transactions, and maintain organized shipping operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process inbound and outbound shipments in ERP
Package parts, build crates, and prepare shipping documentation
Coordinate freight, LTL, and courier shipments
Perform visual inspections and flag quality concerns
Receive, tag, and distribute incoming materials

REQUIREMENTS: (Preferred too)

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics
ERP and basic computer skills
Strong communication and time management skills
