QUICK SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support our Machining and EDM operations through advanced programming, technical problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical part in producing accurate, high-quality programs for complex parts while supporting quoting and production strategy.

This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advanced programming for 3-axis, 5-axis & lathe equipment
Fixture design for complex geometries
Tool selection & spindle time optimization
Blueprint and GD&T interpretation
Program validation & quality checks
Continuous improvement of existing programs

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of CNC programming/machining
Expert-level Fusion 360
Advanced SolidWorks modeling
High-tolerance machining experience
Deep understanding of tooling strategies and shop math
