Looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We’re hiring a Mill Operator I to join our fast-paced sheet metal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn machining fundamentals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate drill press and milling equipment to machine parts per print
Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Read and interpret blueprints (training provided)
Select proper tooling (drills, taps, countersinks) with guidance
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Entry-level experience welcome
